What is a plastic wobbler?

Plastic wobblers are narrow plastic strips that are self-adhesive at both ends. They are used to attach display signs to shelves and counters, see shelf wobblers. The strips are usually made of transparent plastic. There are also variants made of aluminum or cardboard.
